I've been crocheting for about a year now, and I started making these bags about a month ago. I decided that I wanted to try selling some of my stuff, so I wouldn't have to depend so much on my parents for daily living costs, since they're already paying the portion of my tuition not covered by grants, loans, and scholarships. I really enjoy making these things, and I try and sell them at a fair price, usually ignoring the cost of the yarn involved as negligible (unless it's a very large project that uses a full ball of yarn or more) and charging only for the time spent creating. I should be out running to the grocery store for toilet paper and tissues, among other things. At least I'm attempting to do homework instead. Sort of. But boy do I wish I had the energy to go out. Or a car. I've needed to go to the craft store for yarn for days now. Blah on life.
